Josh Strable Josh earned a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from the University of Iowa. His master’s research used microarrays to elucidate gene expression differences between juvenile and adult phases in maize. This study was carried out in Erin Irish’s lab. In Mike’s lab, Josh is working on a reverse genetics project to characterize genes expressed in plastochron 0 (P0)/P1-staged leaf primordium. Josh does not believe in the existence of “free time”.
